You have pests. Get it away from your other plants and treated immediately and that pot definitely needs drainage.
@TopnotchWavycap Some pests can cause this . Aphids being the most common. I’d wipe all the leaves upper and lower with a diluted alcohol and water solution . I’d then use diatomaceous earth in top layer of soil to ensure that they’re not attacking your roots . Also agree with above on drainage . If you transplant you could just get rid of old soil ,wash the roots in a peroxide and water solution and of course new soil . You’ll also want to check your other plants . After you have it cleaned up buy some sticky traps for your plants.
