Can someone tell me what these blotches are on my Dracaen...

I'm familiar with the leaves turning yellow from the bottom up from underwatering, but this is new. This is from the center of the leaves. Is it disease or care problems? #DragonTree #Dracaena

@BonkSoundEffect Hi Georgia ๐Ÿ‘‹ Yellow leaves like that indicate an over watering issue. Make sure that it's in a pot with good drainage and that it's planted in a succulent soil mix. Check the top couple of inches of soil to make sure it's dry before watering. Even if the app tells you to water always check first. If it's still wet wait a couple of days and recheck. When you finally do water make sure you water well and that water is draining out of the holes in the pot then don't water again until it's dry. I hope this helps! ๐Ÿ’š
I had the same issue with my dracaena. I had a terrible fungus gnat infestation this summer and thought this was the cause. I went to repot plant and found that the soil at the bottom of pot was soaked. After repotting my baby, the top leaves stopped yellowing and dropping. So I not only check the top soil for moisture but also check moisture of soil thru the bottom drainage holes. I also use succulent mix with some pearlite as potting mix and it really makes a difference!
