My peperomia is not doing so well,leaves gradually falling off & curling ,looks leggy.new ones grow but turn yellow and drop off.can't decide if over or under watering,got a water meter which says it's moist. If anyone can help I'd be grateful 🙏

The water meter should read one, or two for watering. You need to cut down on water. 
Moreover, Peperomia should be about 0.5 meter to light, indirect.

If you pull him out and repot, you risk the repotting shock. By cutting down on watering you risk nothing.

I would definitely move the plant closer to a light source and cut down on watering for a bit.
