They've been flourishing ever since I untangeled their roots, but today one of the big leafs is curling in the middle downwards, I gave it a drink of water, the soil was some what moist, it didn't help, it still bent again after trying to help it, some growth on my other babies is very skinny and one leaf has a ripple almost throughout the whole leaf As well, they both don't have drainage but I haven't found that to be an issue, I think it may be watering related, they receive low grow light for around 4 to 6 hours a day

If I understood correctly, it sounds like your spider plants may be struggling due to a combination of factors. First, the lack of drainage in the pots could be leading to water retention, which can cause root rot or stress. Even if the soil feels somewhat moist, the roots could be staying too wet for too long without proper drainage. Itβs best to repot them into containers with drainage holes to avoid this. Second, the low light for only 4 to 6 hours a day may be contributing to weaker growth. Spider plants generally prefer bright, indirect light, so increasing the light exposure could help. Lastly, make sure to water consistently but not too frequently, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. These adjustments should help your spider plants bounce back.
