Morning after unpacking Neon Pothos

The soil isnโ€™t entirely dry, it was pretty moist yesterday when I unwrapped it. Greg couldnโ€™t even identify it as a Pothos today, it looks so sad. Whatโ€™s wrong? Cold shock?? Itโ€™s been 50-75 here the past week. (Picture attached is last night, what it looked like this morning is in theโ€Neonaโ€ plant attached.)

It certainly looks stressed, but 50 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit isnโ€™t cold enough to where Iโ€™d be concerned. Generally pothos like temps between 65 - 85, but a few days or less of limited cold exposure in a package isnโ€™t likely to be a loss of life type of thing. Iโ€™d definitely let it dry out before watering again and make sure it gets plenty of light and hopefully some humidity. Just needs time more than likely.
@GaryPoopins thank you!! I turned a small heater on in the room it is in to 70, hoping itโ€™ll warm it up a bit without being too warm. I realized it was about 68 in my house so I thought that might be a factor if my fingers were also cold, it could very easily be chilly. Should I bump it to 75 if it doesnโ€™t improve? Iโ€™m such a newbie with plants, but Iโ€™m trying!!
Honestly, 68 in the winter should be okay. A space heater definitely isnโ€™t going to hurt, so long as they arenโ€™t sitting directly next to it. In the winter I definitely make sure that I know the actual temp of my plant spaces near windows and adjust accordingly. For example, my thermostat might read that it is 70 degrees inside, however directly next to the windows is certainly a bit lower than that. Monitor the plant of course as it progresses hopefully and not regresses. Fingers crossed for ya.
