Fluffy has been looking strange so I separated him from t...

The plant in the second photo looks either rotted or seriously sunburned or both. If that's "fluffy", I'm not sure he's going to make it since all his remaining leaves are so damaged π The sedum in the first pic appears to be in better shape, but if those clear plastic containers don't have drainage holes, he could be headed for a similar fate as the second plant. What type of soil are they in? Looks like it has a lot of bark in it. Here's what I'd recommend to save the sedum:
1. Get him a small (no bigger than 3") terracotta pot, a bag of soil specifically made for cactus/succulents, and a bag of perlite.
2. Mix 3 parts soil, 1 part perlite and fill new pot halfway
3. Remove plant from current pot, gently shake soil off roots, and transfer to new pot
4. Hold plant up with one hand and use other hand to fill in soil around the roots
5. Gently pat down soil around plant until it is secure and supporting itself
6. Water lightly and place somewhere it will get at least 3 hours of direct sunlight a day. Water only when the soil has completely dried out.

The only thing I would change from @stephonicle is 3 parts perlite to 1 part cactus soil. Most succulents prefer a grittier soil to help with drainage.
