Yest [around 2-5pm in my time. For the eastern US it's 2-5am and in the western US 11pm-2am previous day. London time is 7am-10am] i got logged completely out of the app? I'm seeing the subscribers having subscription issues, but i'm not a subscriber. If you're currently facing any issues, please try closing the app.
1. Force close the Greg app
On iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom and swipe Greg off the screen.
On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Greg > Force Stop.
2. Reopen the app and check if it runs smoothly
3. If that doesn’t work, reinstall the app
Uninstall Greg from your device.
Download it again from the App Store or Google Play Store.
After re-opening from the cold start, if you're still seeing issues please email us at concierge@greg.app with a description of what you're seeing so we can start troubleshooting.
