There are a few things that could be causing the issues. These plants like humidity so you should be misting or place on a pebble tray and they need bright filtered indirect light for at least 3 hours a day. Also your card indicates the pot has no drainage, that is not good so you should put in a pot with drainage. I would also move it closer to a window. It needs more light to develop the bold striking leaves. I have mine under a grow light for 8 hours a day. Your pot also looks pretty dry and the leaves are curling which likely means he thirsty especially if you haven’t water for nearly 2 weeks.
I agree with @Shells_Garden. I also have this plant and she is right next to a window (but not getting too much direct sun) and she is very happy. I also feed her with Foxfarm’s Grow Big food and she seems to enjoy it. Hang in there. Philodendrons are pretty sturdy plants 🥰
