Oh gosh, it sadly doesn’t look salvageable to me, but you can do a scratch test and see if it’s still alive scratch test, is you scratch the bark on the stem and see if what color the inside of your plant, if its green or white it’s still alive, it’s brown or light brown, it’s sadly gone. I didn’t know this till I got my first rosemary, and I also moved in side for the winter and found out the hard way rosemary doesn’t survive inside! It doesn’t even my greenhouse, which to me was shocking! (I didn’t know plants couldn’t like a greenhouse 🀣) but I found that I put my rosemary in my garage, with a space heater and some grow lights right next to my old way that doesn’t have insulation it can stay alive in protest.. but it’s going to be fussy and mad me the whole damn time.. and then once I move them to their summer home they thrive again! I hope that information helps you a little. If your scratch test shows sighs of life try https://a.co/d/cHZVqL8 it can help but rosemary is really fussy, 😫 so honestly you might just think about getting a new one, and trying different winter methods
@Idplantthat thank you! I think is gone. Scratch test is brown :(
