Are these lacewing eggs or something else??😅

I don’t know why I can’t get my camera to focus on them well so I included a few different pictures. Trying to figure out if these are lacewing eggs or something else… and what I should do about them? I’ve seen some things that lacewings can be good? Not sure, but I would take a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol and wipe those things right off. Maybe spray the plant down with water mixed with a few drops of dish soap and rubbing alcohol or some neem oil as well, just in case there are any stowaways.
