No it doesn’t look like mold or mildew. Echeverrias are covered in a farina substance to help protect the leaves. I suggest not touching the leaves as much as possible as the farina can come off and then your plant is more susceptible to sunburn or disease. It just looks a bit banged up (some callouses) forming under leaves and such. You can run it under distilled water to wash off impurities if u want, but it’s not necessary. As always, if it’s a new plant quarantine it before introducing it to your collection to ensure its pest free. Hope this helps ☺️

@livslillies anytime! As your plant grows those bumps and bruises like in your second photo will fall off along with the leaf as it sheds and has new growth. Other than that, make sure it gets full sun. They’re pretty easy going πŸ’–
