white princess philodendron propagation

hi everyone ! a friend of mine has a dying philodendron white princess and i am going to check it out tomorrow . my plan was to do the usual wellness check on it and then potentially propagate it . however , upon further inspection there aren't really any nodes on the plant - all of the leaves sprout from the base of the plant (if that makes any sense) and the stem hasn't grown up at all to make the plant taller .
any tips on how i should go about this ? thinking it might need a repot and just some TLC , but if there's a way for me to propagate it given the situation , i would love to hear your advice . thank you ! #Philodendron #philodendronwhiteprincess #PropagationStation
You can take a top cut with at least 2 nodes [points where the petiole meets the stem] make sure the cutting is healthy. Root in water [cinnamon powder helps with rooting] and it should root within a month. Keep out of direct sun
