I recommend getting a light meter so that you can work out the exact placement of your grow light to achieve that required measure at the leaves. You can buy inexpensive light meters on amazon - look for one that gives you a measure of foot candles (FC) rather than lux. Hope that helps! 🌿🌿🌿
