What happened to my plant?

I just moved to a new apartment and place my plant on the windowsill where it doesn’t get a lot of sunlight, (it got a lot of direct sunlight in the old apartment), it turns to this after about a week. Most of the leaves became colorless like it’s withering, and they became dry. I thought it’s due to lack of water and sunlight, so I watered it and placed it in another window where there are more sunlight about four days ago. But the situation doesn’t get much better. Does anyone know what is going on with the plant? Thx 😿
0ft to light, direct
2” pot with drainage
Last watered 2 years ago
Oh, I also fertilize it about 10 days ago
This is the fertilizer I used
Unfortunately, the fertilizer you used for your Tradescantia is not the right kind. The food you have is for succulents, not houseplants. It’s possible the fertilizer has burned the plant’s roots, or at least has negatively affected them. Have you check the roots yet?
Nope, do I take the whole plant out of the pot to check the root? Anyway I can save it?
*Any way
