I would stick it in a glass of water and let it root and add some hormone compound to the bottom of the leaves and let it root in the water before Id plant it
The color in the leaves look promising in terms of being able to recover. I also think it might be a Peperomia Obtusifolia Variegata (Baby Rubber Plant) rather than a Pothos N Joy 💚
