Propagation of succulents by leaves

Good morning! I've been propagating leaves from this succulent, and most of them already have roots and even a new rosette. Should I wait for the main leaf to dry before transplanting it?
10โ€ pot with drainage

In my experience roots means good to go. ๐Ÿ˜€
Take the chunk of dirt around each new baby so as not to disturb baby roots. Big leaf will dry up on its own as baby grows.
Great job with all those props! ๐Ÿ‘
@SunSoilLove Thanks! This is the first time I've had success with this.๐Ÿ˜… Do you know how far apart I should plant them?
@BrainyFuscia how big across was Mama? Are you propping to sell or give away individually?
That would prob dictate how Iโ€™d go about potting these up.
@SunSoilLove I'll keep them for myself. I'd like to have several in the same pot like the original, or even more. Unfortunately, I had problems with the light, and they all grew longer, which is why they had so many leaves. I planted the heads I cut, but now I'm wondering if they have enough space. These are the heads and the new shoots on the stems now. The largest they ever got was 3 to 4 inches in diameter.
I think they look great. Succulents have such tiny root systems they can be more crowded.
Maybe a grow light?
