@RadiantBreadnut that pot is way too big for it. And the card says regular soil. I would take it out of the pot and check the roots. If they look good transplant to a 4 inch terracotta pot with drainage and a chunky/gritty succulent mix with added perlite for extra drainage and aeration.
@RadiantBreadnut what @FairyFly said! 😛 I commented on your other post asking what Walt looks like now. Comparing this to his before pic, I'd say you're most likely dealing with rot, which is causing him to collapse in on himself. Get him out of that soil and into a smaller terracotta pot with gritty, well draining soil like Kourtney recommended 😉
Sadly @RadiantBreadnut, I'm thinking so. I would suggest surgery but, it looks like there's not enough left. I'm sorry. 😞
