Peperomia Hope Light Green?
Hello!
Iβve had my Peperomia Hope for 4 years now and the majority of it is light green. I tried placing it in different windows to get different amounts of sunlight (never direct light) and see what it likes, but it has not improved. I donβt water it frequently either since it is a succulent. Iβm wondering if I need to repot it maybe? Not sure what to do. #Peperomia #SucculentLove #peperomiapals #PlantAddict

Try repotting in a pot 2 inches in diameter larger with fresh new plant specific soil. To get started use just shy of half the pot size for your first watering. 4qt pot 7 cups water so on and on. Then pay attention to what kind of sunlight it needs in the sun buy the sun away from the sun. Put it in the best light environment you have. Check soil in a week. If the top 2-3 inches are dry give it 2-3 cups of water. And then listen it will talk
If agree over watering is probably the #1 problem. A slightly larger pot, Miracle-Gro tropical potting soil, and NO direct sun and you should see positive results
@PlantPrincesa
Any type of Miracle Gro soil is generally not recommended because it often contains harmful bacteria and fungal diseases!

@CutePolypremum Thanks for the heads up! I will also try putting it under a grow light :)
@VipSandcoprosma Thank you!
@Imissmydeaddog Thanks for the comment!
@PlantPrincesa youβre welcome
My peperomia hope lives in a west facing window, gets direct sunlight, and is thriving, same as all my other peperomias. They do seem to like direct sunlight βΊοΈβ¨οΈ
They have quite shallow roots, so they can stay in the same pot for quite a bit of time, I still have my peperomia hope that I got over a year ago in the 5 cm nursery pot, and I only water when the most plumb leaves start to pucker βΊοΈπΏβ¨οΈ
The long stems and small leaves indicate that yours wants more light βΊοΈπΏ
