Is this a flower on my Waikiki Elephant Ear?
I had this new growth that I thought was a leaf but I’m thinking could maybe be a flower? It is a significantly different color then what the new leaves usually look like , (in the second photo you can see it beside a new leaf on the left, for comparison on color and size/shape) it hasn’t opened yet if it is a flower, but the color of it and even the shape looks a lot different, this is the first time this has happened. This is my first time having this plant, I have other regular elephant ears but those have never flowered so I wasn’t sure if this variety even could produce a flower or what it looks like.
