Are these roots healthy?

I thought I had root rot so I uprooted my monstera and have been inspecting it before repotting. But I’m a little confused if these roots are healthy?

Typically healthy roots are more of an off white or even green, but that might just be dirt making them look dark. Have you tried rinsing them off?

If they easily snap off, then the roots likely have rot. I dealt will problems like this before, and this was the easilest way to find out for me! Happy planting!
