What’s wrong with my philodendron?

#Philodendron
0ft to light, direct
8” pot with drainage
Last watered 3 weeks ago
I’m new sooo be warned but I’m having similar symptoms and I believe it is light/sunburn
No.1 it's not a micans. Looks more like melanochrysum.

No.2, no direct sun for velvety philos, they don't like it
Thank you everyone! I’ll take it away from the window!!
I did this with grow lights for my red Congo, they like the light near them reflecting back towards them but not directly on them. It’ll bounce back though you caught plenty early.
Looks like sunburn, especially if you had it so close to a window, and also the plant’s profile says it has a grow light? You may want to cut off the damaged leaves since they cannot be properly restored, but it is up to you since most of them aren’t too noticeably damaged. Looks like youve already moved it to indirect light, which is the next step. In time, your plant will grow new leaves to replace the damaged ones.
