I am at a loss about how to deal with this rubber tree. I inherited Sara 8 years ago. She never really grew vigorously until this year. She put out 2.5ft of new growth since March. Has never been repotted. Dug down about 6 inches no roots.
I am worried about repotting at this time of year. I am investigating because last month or so she has small yellowing leaves falling of. Think I would be safe just top dressing untill next spring. She is usually staked up. I let her down for cleaning.
It looks really healthy to me overall. I would wait until the spring.
My largest rubber tree is in a huge pot and has been for many years. It's completely healthy and I have top dressed a couple times. If mine grew any faster I wouldn't be able to keep up πŸ˜‚

I agree with @rjg you're totally fine to wait, top dressed or not!
Thank you so much @RJG @PlantMompy your help and advice is always appreciated
