Abandoned #Hydrangea was neglected and is still a bit sad...
Finally got one small, beautiful bloom. I know it’s trying its best :)
It’s got black disease on one half of it (from a previously diseased #CrepeMyrtle neighbor), should i spray neem oil on it after sun goes down? Or what else is recommended for it?
