Is there anything I can do to save him at this point?

I've had that happen to a moon cactus, I believe it was an infection or bugs that I couldn't control because it was fine one day after years of having it and in just a few days turned to that. He might not be revivable :(
moon cactus are not very stable grafts. they generally don't live longer than a year or so because the grafting stock has wildly different water needs than the grafted cactus ( the top).
@pettiteplants poor Clyde. I’m glad it’s not just me! Thank you
@RJG I never knew that about them! Thank you for the information, I’ll definitely stead clear of them in the future
@JovialBacopa they're so pretty so i get it for sure. Was glad to learn that mine dying wasn't me thoughπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Has your pot always had no drainage as well? Usually they need some holes at the bottom of the pot to avoid root rot from water. So that could have done it ;-;
