Shedding leaves on upper part of vine?

Any idea what’s going on here? Will Phil bounce back? #LipstickPlant

Sounds like she’s just getting rid of old leaves! Plants tend to do thag in order to have more energy for new growth

Oh wait. My upper part you mean the newer leaves? Or the upper part wheee the pot is?

They are shedding from the upper part where the pot is. The bottoms of the vines seem healthy and are blooming, it’s just those top leaves that are falling off.

@tpetr okay the it is most likely getting rid of old leaves. Otherwise this could be a watering issue, but your plant seems happy and healthy, so good job looking after Phil!
