My plant had the same issue. Inconsistent watering. Balanced soil moisture, watering every 3 days. She doesn’t like dry soil.
@PlantngInPeace9 These are very high humidity plants. Nearly impossible to keep in normal household conditions.

Terrariums are the best place to keep them thriving.

You can make an improvised on by putting a transparent cup right over the pot, or mason jar, transparent ziplock bag etc.

I keep mine in terrariums here are some of mine for examples.

I took the lids off for photos. And I keep the lids just barely cracked.
I'm having similar issues. The leaves are drying up no matter what I do. @SuperbRaspfern those look amazing!! I'm going to try in a glass vase. Thanks for sharing.
@BrightTigerjade Your welcome and you will be absolutely amazed by the difference. It's astonishing how quickly they respond. ❀️
Thanks! @SuperbRaspfern @BrightTigerjade @PlantngInPeace9 I will try the zip bag cover and go for a terrarium soon!
@superbraspfern testing it in his pot.
Awww she's so cute πŸ₯°. If it still not enough humidity locked in you can cover the top with some Saran Wrap with just a little slot opened up for a little air. It looks great in there, fantastic idea ❀️
