Is this new for your plant? My umbrella tree does the same thing. I have never really worried about it because it’s not dying. My suggestion would be to see if there is a vent near by then your heat or ac are blasting on it because that could dry it out. So I would suggest misting it or getting a humidifier if you don’t have one. I don’t know how helpful my input is πŸ˜… but good luck!!!
Really the leaves should not be droopy like that, it’s mad for some reason. I do not suggest misting as a way or increasing humidity it’s really a waste of time I have a dozen individual dwarf umbrella trees. They love moist not wet soil. My soil is 2 parts peat moss because it holds a lot of moisture while remaining light. 1 part perlite for Aeration and 1 part worm castings πŸͺ±. I don’t suspect root rot because your leaves look fine just droopy. So it’s possible you are letting your soil dry completely, they do not like that and will tell you!

You can let the top layer of soil dry NEVER let the pot go completely dry. These are my trees for examples of healthy ones.
