Need help with my struggling Monstera baby

Hi everyone!
This is my Monstera Obliqua (or maybe it’s an Adansonii, not totally sure). I got her about two weeks ago — she wasn’t in the best shape, but I really wanted to try and save her.

Now the problem is, one leaf turned pretty yellow, and a few others have started getting black spots near the veins. One of the baby leaves even turned completely black — not spreading, just fully black.

Today I repotted her into a very airy mix with potting soil, perlite, and some sand. But I’m not sure what else to do, and I really don’t want her to die. I think she’s so beautiful and I’d love to give her a good chance.

Please help this plant parent out if you can — would mean the world. Thank you so much!
Definitely sounds like some sort of fungal issue. How did the roots look when you repotted?? If they were brown, mushy, fragile, and / or smelled pretty bad, then it’s probably root rot, and you’ll want to deal with that ASAP
@PiousWaterfern Hii the roots were perfectly fine, some of them were brown and a little bit mushy and i chopped those off :)
