These are not my plants but my step daughters. We are visiting her and her husband in PA. When we get home Iβm going to get a lace leaf Japanese Maple!! Their dog Molly loves that spot so much no #NewGrowth #FreshLeafFriday can not happen! Off to Valley Forge! Happy Weekend!! πͺ΄ποΈπ΅π¦π¦

Happy #FreshLeafFriday everyone! Today Iβm going to showcase two of my plants that have grown leaps and bounds thanks to this app and the #GregGang. First up is Baesil my #KenyanViolet that has not one but four new flower stems that have grown in since repotting her! And the second plant I want to showcase is Hope my #PeperomiaHope that has just skyrocketed in growth since I received it as a surprise gift from the plant company that I bought my #CarnivorousPlants from.

@UltraKoreanfir itβs a caudiciform type succulent from South Africa. Itβs supposed to be tricky to care for they say. So I am a little afraid to rot it. Supposed to be a winter grower but since mine is in the closet with only grow lights itβs growing now. It doesnβt know itβs summer in Texas I guess?
@UltraKoreanfir I got it back in June and it took it awhile to have any growth at all because I was afraid to fully water it. As soon as it was soaked in a bowl of water and fully watered it grew large leaves overnight. It started growing very very fast. As you can see it was bald for a couple months just like this. Got it shipped from California
This plant has struggled. I just got to looking and it has a new leaf coming out! I hope π that it comes out a full & healthy leaf so that I can cut off one of the less healthy leaves. It has so few (7), I've been cautious about over pruning. I think maybe I'm waiting too long between waterings. And, my first baby leaf on PPP since bringing her home.

Here is a bit of new growth on both the Sansevieria Lilliput and the Tornado. And the new leaf on the Philodendron Black Cardinal is now fully unfurled. The new additions will follow in comments. #FreshLeafFriday #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #HappyPlants #PlantMail Well here are the new arrivals from today: first the Aeonium Emerald Ice, second the Aeonium Garnet, last is the Crested Aeonium Sunburst Variegated. They are all still a little squished from being in a box for longer than they should have been, I am hoping that they will recover in time.
@julesplants those alocasia leaves always look so insane. Doesnβt even look real. Like itβs made from a sleeping bag material or something velvet like almost. Looks so cool.
@SirLiquorice the silver dragon? Itβs my favorite alocasia leaves so far. Itβs thickkkk and yes they feel more or less soft like velvet almost. But absolutely beautiful to look at! Has a new leaf growing from it too π€
