Welcome to Gregs Marcelo! That white powdery looking substance on your plant looks like a fungal disease called Powdery Mildew. Quarantine this plant away from the other plants in your oasis. Spray it with a fungicide; like Neem Oil.
The possible causes:
💧Overwatering or overhead watering. Have you noticed your plant becoming solf, mushy or tanslucent? Then its probably have been overwatered and is suffering from root rot. 😔 They’re dormant in the wintertime, so decrease the frequency of watering.
▫️Poor air circulation
☀️lack of sunlight. The North facing window is not providing it with enough light. Consider purchasing a LED full spectrum grow light.
▫️The humidity too high.
🙏I hope your plant will make a speedy recovery.
