Check the center stem! Feel if the center stem is mushy at all. I had an agave do the same thing and it was actually over watered, and rotting from the center up. It was just a matter of time before the sogginess took over the entire plant. If the center is still firm, you're all good! ⥠It might just need some real sunlight.
