Was upright now falling and stretching .. normal?

#Crassula

Hi! I got this beautiful jade as a baby cutting and now she’s grown so beautifully this past yearβ€” but she went from upright stems to them all falling and stretching. Is this normal? Plant newbie here!
1ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 week ago
Totally normal, your plant looks very healthy! You can prune it if you want to keep it more compact, or just let it keep doing its thing β˜€οΈ
Looks like a happy plant to me! If all of the stems were reaching in the same direction I might say it’s looking for more light, but they seem to be evenly dispersed.

You could also use a mini moss pole or stake with twine or tomato tape to keep them growing in a specific shape/way, or just let it grow naturally. You’re doing great!
It looks like it needs more lighting in some areas, I would make sure to rotate the pot, and maybe a repot if it’s doubled in size since you last potted it with fresh soil. They need nutrients after they use it all up .
Thanks everyone! I rotated her and went for the repot and we’ll see how she does! Thanks for the great advice!
Yes, it is normal. I just answered a similar question on another thread. I use a little decorative garden stake to keep her growing straight.
