I’d say less water, and try to humidify it a little every few days. Just spritz it with mist and it should do the trick. If you see webs, I’d definitely start treating for spider mites. I can’t give anything that can definitively work, as spider mites seem be invincible to something in one area, and not in the other. So, definitely do research, and try things out. But, let the soil dry out a little bit, not completely but just damp, and mist it every now and then. It could also be a burn from the sun, but seeing as other stocks don’t really have that, it could just be the water and humidity.
