@YesSnakesplant I haven’t had my plant very long so I’m new to caring for mine but I did notice your card indicates no drainage. If that is the case, that could be the problem. The soil is not being allowed to dry out so the plant roots are sitting in soggy soil which can cause them to rot. Have you checked your roots to see if they are healthy? I’d start there and if they are infected, remove the brown mushy roots, leaving the white and firm roots intact. Soak the remaining roots in a mixture of 1 part peroxide with 3 parts water for 5 mins. Rinse off and repot in fresh soil in a pot with drainage. Hopefully it’s not too far gone to help her recover.
I would need a photo of the plant in its current state to help. If you could do that I may be able to help guide you in the right direction. Here is mine that I have had 5+ years. I'm headed off to bed so it will be tomorrow though. ❀️
