I just purchased this guy from Ingles maybe a couple weeks ago and it's been downhill ever since. I have not found a new pot for it yet. I've been keeping the soil moist but not soaked and there are drainage holes in the bottom of the pot. This window faces NW and never gets direct sunlight.

Hey! It’s gonna be a beauty. Let’s see if I can help. I’d check the roots and the root ball. A lot of times the soil used in nurseries/stores will be super dense so it will stay way too wet.
