Why is she like this?

This girl started out full and now she’s reduced to 4 wimpy leaves that seem to be deteriorating slowly. What can I do?

She is like this because those plants are pain the the butts to grow. Someone will probably chime in with good advice but I stopped trying with these . I grow a bunch of plants many would think hard to grow but these are hard.
