What can I do to get rid of these tiny bugs??

Question

My petunia is infested either these tiny green and white bugs (I hope you can see something in the photos). I don’t know how to get rid of them: I truene removing them manually but they’re too many… Any advice would be much appreciated 🙏🏼🥺

You will need to spray with neem and then follow up again in a few days.

@Tsanne I sprayed my plants once a week, and finally fungus knats are gone. I also spray any new plants I get.  When repotting, I sterilize the soil now.

What can I do to get rid of these tiny bugs??
