@SpiffyGonolobus is right.
But in your case do not follow that rule because you pot has no drainge.
1. I highly suggest you invest in a pot with drainage. Without drainage water pools in the bottom of the pot when it will stay wet. Eventually leading to root rot.
2. When soil stays wet and without aeration of your soil, bacteria will start to grow, the bacteria is what will eventually cause the rot of your tree.
3. Now if you donβt want to buy a new pot and need to wait for that. Again I advise against that. Your pot looks quite small maybe 4 inches I would guess at most?
I would suggest no more than 1/2-3/4 cup at most.
You will never want your soil wet without holes in the pot.
Because you can always add a teeny bit more water but you can never remove it.
All my pots have holes because of this, but I have found that one turkey baster full of water is the perfect amount for my 4 inch pots.
Turkey basters are cheap and a great way to measure.
Keep in mind you will always need to check by sticking your finger way down deep in the pot to check by the bottom.
You can keep the pot, just keep in mind overwatering will be easier to do without drainage.

They like being close to light as possible. I don't soak mine. I can't remember the member's name in the Greg community. She doesn't let her umbrella trees stay dry. So I don't either. My pot has drainage and Spiffy is right over watering is pretty easy to do.
And now I learned another tip. Looks like I'm investing in a turkey baster.thank you Spiffy!
