I i have a leaf propagating but it looks like it's rotting slowly in the water, can I save her??? I don't have rooting hormones, she was doing well in a low nutrient regular potting soil, but it must have gotten to much water, I reported to a orchids mix and she's not doing well.

You have to cut off all the rotten roots and spray the remaining ones with 3% peroxide before putting back in the soil. It could be possible that the fungus spread to the prop as well, so if it has enough roots I would trim the rotting ones and spray with peroxide and try again, or just discard that prop and start fresh
