What’s going on with my fiddles?! I walked by to see these hanging there. No root rot, watered last week with rain water and sits in a very hot, humid room with indirect sun. Maybe 5 feet away from the window…
i’m am no expert by any means, but usually when i see yellowing in the leaves, i am overwatering. I dont have a fiddle leaf fig tree so this could possibly be something different…

my other guess is, maybe it’s not getting enough sunlight to properly use up the water you give it?

i wish you the best of luck with your fiddle! keep us updated 😁
Think of the brightest spot in your house, THAT'S where your FLF will want to be. If it doesn't get the right amount of light, it will drop leaves and the spacing between the nodes will get longer.
@sarahsalith the brightest spot is where I placed it. I’ve only watered it once and I’ve had it over a month. It’s in a glazed terracotta pot with drainage. It gets a soak and then back to her spot.
You're still good, then. It's just acclimating. It's getting used to its new spot. It isn't staying too dry for too long is it?

Terracotta also wicks away water from the soil.
@sarahsalith girl I really don’t know 😕 I got up in the middle of the night thinking about it and gave it a drink 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ should they be watered weekly? Every two weeks? I was looking online and it said 1 cup every week for fiddle leafs if they are up to 2 feet. I suppose I’ll try it for the time being.
