Hello, Aimee @SatisfiedOrpine it's always easier to provide feedback when you post a photo of the plant to know what could be happening with your plant as it's takes three ingredients to most plants to do well: light, water and temperature. It can go deeper if you take into consideration fertilizer, soil and so on.

p.: "doctor, it's hurts all over! My head, my back, my legs... everything! What should I do?"
d.: takes a look and asks: "let me get this straight. You're in pain everywhere?"
p.: nods dramatically
d.: "alright, first thing first. Can you touch your nose with your finger?"
p.: hesitates, then slowly raises his finger to touch his nose, wincing slightly.
d.: "good! Now can you touch your toes?"
p.: bends down, grunting with discomfort, and manages to touch the toes.
d.: smiles "Well, congrats! You've got the "I'm-not-a-doctor" syndrome, and it looks like it's working wonders for you!"

d.: "See, if you weren't feeling any pain at all, you wouldn't have come to me. But you're still got some mobility left, so there is hope!"
p.: a bit amused now, "wait, you're telling me this is all in my head?"
d.: "no, no... I'm just saying, it's more of a 'head-to-toe' condition! We fix that, one step at a time!"
p.: chuckes, "you're a funny, doc!"
d.: "well, laughter's the best medicine - except when it comes to physical pain, in which case, we'll stick to the prescriptions."
