Turning brown

Does anyone know what is wrong with Spike Leaves? He is turning brown from the trunk out; mostly at the bottom.😢 He has had plenty of sun and rain.

needle cast? it’s a bacterial issue which i’m not well versed in but i’d start treatment immediately if you do more research and it seems it fits your tree.
