Iā€™m no expert but they look like air roots (?) I think they occur naturally, looking for more places to root themselves. Probably why they were sticking to the wall.

@PrizedJonquil they are big time climbers lol. Iā€™m to the point I may get moss poles.
Those are aerial roots. Pothos are a climbing vine. They have aerial roots to attach to near by structures (in the wild, these will be other plants) to hoist themselves up and off the ground. Totally normal and healthy!
@PrizedJonquil Hi Brianna! You know you can curl the Pothos vines around the top of your pot to make it fuller. Use a bobby pin or paper clip opened up and pushed into the soil to keep the vines down until they root. The roots will dig right into the soil and pretty soon you'll have a big beautiful plant!
