Those are oedema blisters and the brown spot is damage from the cells within the leaf getting too full and bursting like water balloons.
She just drank more water than her cells could hold.

They don't check before watering in garden centers. So it's not unusual to see some water damage. As long as you don't overwater at home she will be fine. There is nothing to worry about congratulations on your new plant baby. ๐Ÿฉท
Unless you start seeing them on more leaves it's likely not that big of a deal although I can honestly say I've never seen that before.
