Well that depends on your plants needs if your plant is doing fine with that pot and there is no root rot or stem breakage then I would say keep it there in that pot and here and there glance at the roots if it’s looking like moldy and hinded def move it to a new pot

I wouldn't. Wait at least a couple weeks to let your plant get used to its new lighting and watering conditions. Then, if it really needs to be repot, you can do so. Yours does indeed look like it needs repotting.

remember when repotting to use damp potting mix and not to water for a couple days after to prevent shocking the plant (also research the soil needs)

I would definitely repot to promote growth if the roots aren’t able to go anywhere the roots  will rott or the plant won’t grow more space to grow happy plant 🥰

Repot into a 8inch pot. You could repot in a 10 inch but not a must! Looks beautiful and thick and super healthy.

First of all, if there r any blooms, immediately remove them !! I know that sounds cruel but the sugar of a bloom is a great attraction for thrips! Trust me, i know from experience and i had 3 plants affected before i realized (from my Sensai) that the blooms of my peace lily were the cause of the entire catastrophe !  Regarding repotting, i recommend waiting at least 4 months to repot if theres a rwason to do so at all. I only repot my plants if they comr in starter pots (2“) or a cutting in an envelope.  The general rule is to wait til plant doubles in size or one year b/w repottings. If u have any  further quesrions regarding repotting or peace lillies specifically, dont hesitate to reach out.
