Usually crispy leaves mean not enough water or not enough humidity or too much sun . Drooping yellow leaves can be caused by overwatering. Check the soil and maybe put it in a spot where it gets sun but also gets shade when the sun is too bright.
Like most palm trees, Parlour Palms are self-cleaning, so their old fronds naturally turn completely brown and drop from the plant without assistance
Normal room humidity is usually fine; however, dry air turns leaf tips brown
