What are these white spots on the leaves? One of the leaves looks like it’s getting eaten. Can pests cause this? What can I do?

Who knows, really. That first leaf looks like it has physical damage. The second leaf could be some of the same.

How long have you had it? It could have been something that happened before you got it.

In real life, plants aren't photoshopped ... unless you can find a marker that's the SAME color green of your leaves. πŸ˜‰ The leaves look thick and healthy.

Anyway, pretty soon, you'll have so much more growth, you'll forget all about the older leaves. 😁
@Jsmn007 agree with @sarahsalith Looks like some mechanical damage on first photo and the second looks like the splash that Hoyas get. The plant looks amazing so continue what your doing as it’s working well πŸ«ΆπŸ»πŸŒ±πŸ’š
I agree with @sar and @as well.
Thanks, folks! I’m a little paranoid and worried some pest might be after my hoya. I recently treated a sweet potato vine that has aphids and a croton mammy that had spider mites. I was worried about mealy bugs on this hoya.
