Something is eating my potatoes above ground *squints*. One of my patients said it’s probably a small beetle type thing. Anyone have an idea of bugs that like potatoes and what to do about em?

I haven’t grown potatoes yet. Not sure the best way to get rid of the bugs. Can’t use a systematic poison otherwise you will be eating it later. Would probably need to use something like safer spray with insecticidal soap and neem oil and poison that evaporates and doesn’t stay in the plants system
So the leafy green is being eaten, how are the potatoes though?
