Bananaplant broke… Help!

Hi, we are currently moving and I guess my bananaplant doesn’t agree. He broke. Do I put him back in the pot or in water? #BananaPlant #banana

It looks like it still have a few roots so I would plant it back in soil. Here are some tips from a really great website. I hope this helps.
