@TrueEvergreen, those are probably white flies or aphids and their young infesting your plant. You can spray the adults off first with a gentle stream of water and spray some neem oil all over the plant to kill the babies, being careful to only apply the neem oil in the early morning or late evening if the plant is getting direct sunlight
